Kachori is a common snack in India and South Asia. Deep-fried, Kachori is a round flattened dough filled with baked beans mixtures, black pepper, red chili powder, salt and other spices. As popular as samosas, Kachoris are also served with chutney, mint, or coriander. In some regions, Kachori is mostly eaten as a tea time snack with curry and sweets. In other regions, Kachoris are sold in sweet shops with masala filling.
