A curry puff is usually made of chicken or beef, curry powder, onions and potatoes. Though the ingredients and flavors of curry puff varied from region to region. In Indonesia, a curry puff contains no curry but meats, vegetables, rice vermicelli or eggs, similar to Garlic Chives turnovers. In Malaysia, curry puffs are stuffed with boiled eggs or sardines and served with sweet chili sauce.
