Hundred Machinery’s automatic mooncake production line features the HM-588 auto encrusting machine, which separately handles the outer casing and inner stuffing. After the mooncakes are stuffed and shaped, they are transported by conveyor to the HM-101 mooncake – maamoul stamping machine, where the mold shapes the mooncakes. Finally, the HM-203 automatic aligning machine arranges the products on trays. This mooncake making machine is versatile and can be used for various stuffed bakery foods and pastries.
